Is a digital wallet secure?

Yes. Digital wallet services do not send card numbers with your payment, eliminating the threat of your private data being shared or stolen.

Is there a fee to use a digital wallet service?

Every digital wallet service mentioned on this page is free to use with your STCU credit or debit account.

What will digital wallet purchases look like on my monthly statement?

Purchases using a digital wallet service typically look like card purchases on your statement, with one exception: Google purchases may be listed as AdrdPy, GOOGNFC, Mobile Purchase, or Mobile wallet.

Are my credit card purchases protected under "zero liability"?

Yes. Whether you use a digital account number or a physical credit card, you are protected by the issuing card company's zero liability against fraudulent transactions on your credit card.*

What if I lose my phone?

If your phone or other device is ever lost or stolen, you will not need to cancel your card, but only the digital wallet account number, which can be quickly reissued by the provider.

What if my STCU card is lost or stolen or needs to be replaced?

If you receive a new or replacement cards, you may need to go through the initial set-up procedure again to provide basic payment details to your digital wallet provider.

Apple Pay will work with iPhone SE/6/6 Plus, and later; iPad Pro/Air 2/mini 3, and later; Apple Watch, and Mac OS Sierra.

Mastercard Click to Pay.

What STCU accounts may I use with Mastercard Click to Pay?

Mastercard Click to Pay can be used for purchases with your personal or business debit and credit cards. You can also make purchases with your American Express®, Diner's Club, Discover, and Visa®, regardless of which bank or company issued the card.

How do I sign up for Mastercard Click to Pay?

To sign up for Mastercard Click to Pay, visit mastercard.us and sign up with your email or mobile number, then follow the instructions. For help setting up your account, call Mastercard Click to Pay Support at 1-833-271-9871 or support.checkout@mastercard.com.

Which devices can use Mastercard Click to Pay?

Which devices can use Samsung Pay?

Samsung Pay will work with Galaxy 6/Note 5 or newer.

Where can I use Samsung Pay?

Samsung Pay can be used in more stores than any other mobile payment service because it supports both magnetic card readers and Near Field Communication (NFC). This means that if you can use your credit or debit card, chances are you can use Samsung Pay just as easily.

Is Samsung Pay available internationally?

Yes, Samsung Pay is also available in Australia, Brazil, China, Korea, Puerto Rico, Singapore, and Spain.
