STCU members affected by the COVID-19 pandemic should alert the credit union. Complete and submit your request for assistance to STCU's Financial Relief Solutions team. Although every situation is unique, STCU could defer loan payments or set up a repayment program to fit your budget.

STCU's Financial Relief Solutions can help. Our dedicated team of debt management experts provide one-to-one assistance to those in financial distress. We will review your situation to help find the best options for you.
Here are some questions to assess your need for assistance:
