Join the party.

Because celebration is our middle name.

At STCU, we know how to have a good time. We're all about recognizing and appreciating you, your team, and the community.

Celebrating you.

We understand that there's more to life than work. Whether you have a family, pets, hobbies, or personal projects, we want you to have the time for the important things in life.

"When I couldn’t attend my own graduation, my team threw me a graduation party–with a gown and everything. It was so special to me."

–Dominique Murphy

That's why we focus on having a good work/life balance with generous PTO, paid holiday days, and celebration days.

But it's not just about time off. We make sure to recognize your important life events like birthdays, work anniversaries, graduations, new homes, expanding your family and more.

While the entire credit union might not show up to your surprise birthday party, your team is celebrating your big moments from wherever they are.

Celebrating your team.

Say goodbye to awkward virtual happy hours and hello to laughing and having fun with your team. Unless of course you liked the online happy hours, you can keep doing them, we won’t stop you.

If axe-throwing, wine and paint classes, escape rooms, bowling, or just lunch are more your team’s speed, we have funds dedicated to make it happen. Because hanging out with your team and getting to know each other is good for work, and it’s good for you.

See someone being awesome? We make it easy to recognize coworkers who go above and beyond. We know a thank you or an “I see you” goes a long way.

Celebrating your community.

Volunteering is a big part of our culture, and we encourage employees to get involved. We even pay you to volunteer for 16 hours a year! Plus, we offer donation matching up to $1,000 annually.

There are plenty of ways to get involved. Whether we're sponsoring a local rodeo, participating in a Pride parade or art walk, or hosting a FAFSA event, we're committed to giving back.

"I love working for STCU because they support communities and champion employees' passions to make a positive impact.

Whether it's credit union advocacy, helping shelter dogs, volunteering at schools, or any other cause close to your heart, STCU stands beside you."

—Max Fitzell

To help further our mission and increase our charitable reach, we launched the Here for Good Foundation in 2023. It awards grants to impact areas of education, arts & culture, and economic development.

We're proud of all the communities we serve and how our employees make a difference in them.
