*The two months free payroll promotion for SurePayroll runs from December 1, 2024, until January 31, 2025, unless terminated earlier by SurePayroll, Inc. and is subject to the following terms and conditions. The promotion consists of the first two months of free SurePayroll payroll fees for eligible clients. For purposes of the promotion, “payroll fees” include standard monthly subscription base fees and monthly per-employee fees.
An eligible client: (1) is not a household employer client; (2) does not currently have an active payroll account with SurePayroll; (3) has received this special offer; and (4) has not processed payroll with SurePayroll in the 90 days prior to commencing payroll services; (5) starts payroll account enrollment with SurePayroll before the end of the promotion period; (6) enters into a service agreement with SurePayroll before the end of the promotion period; and (7) has an active account with SurePayroll for two consecutive months.
SurePayroll will credit an Eligible Client’s invoice for free Payroll Fees in months 1 and 2 following the date when the Eligible Client’s payroll account is opened. An Eligible Client must maintain an active payroll account with SurePayroll in order to receive the Promotion, and any unused month is not redeemable in U.S. currency or for any other entity. The Promotion only applies to the Payroll Fees, and Eligible Clients will be solely responsible for all fees due for services other than the Payroll Fees, including without limitation fees for one-time exception requests, year-end fees, multi-state filing, accounting software integration and other services. The Promotion cannot be combined with any other payroll offer and is a limited-time offer that is only available during the Promotion Period. To cancel your payroll service at any time, in your payroll account under Company, select Subscription then click on Cancel Subscription to complete the process.
