How do I register for business online banking?
Business members may request access for Business Online Banking. STCU will process the request and follow up within one business day. Once registered, you may download the STCU Business Banking mobile app from the Apple App or the Google Play Store.
Not an STCU member? Join us as a business member — then open your accounts and register for online banking! It's easy to do.
How do I log into business online banking?
Desktop.
- While on stcu.org, click the purple “Log in” button at the top of the page.
- Select “Business Online Banking.”
- The login page will then ask you to enter your username and password. Enter them in the appropriate fields and click “Log in.”
- You will be prompted upon first login to accept STCU’s Electronic Service Agreement and to enter a randomly generated security code you will receive by either text or phone call.
- You should not be prompted to enter a security code during future logins, unless you clear your cookies or use a new or different mobile device.
Mobile App.
- Download the STCU “Business Banking” mobile app from the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.

What if I forget my username or password?
If you forgot your username or password please contact your Business Administrator. Business Administrators may contact STCU at (509) 344-2200 for assistance.

- Windows: Any Microsoft supported version that supports a browser below.
- macOS: Any Apple supported version that supports a browser below.
- iOS: Two most recent versions.

Is there a monthly fee for accessing business online banking?
No, STCU offers access to business online banking free of charge for business members who enroll. Additional services are available for purchase.
Message and data rates may apply if you choose to enable text message alerts from business online banking; check your plan for details.
