Welcome to our mobile-friendly, human-happy website.
Connecting with STCU just got easier, with a website that works for you — on your phone, on your tablet, or on your desktop!
What has changed?
The most visible change is the contemporary design that's easy to browse and mobile-friendly. We adapted some best practices in web design to create a mobile-responsive website, ending the need to squint and fuss with images on small cellphone and tablet screens.
We think you're going to love how easy it is to navigate to the things you need, such as hours at the any location, the nearest surcharge-free ATM, or how to get the most out of your money with our financial education.
What has not changed?
Online banking and other connected services are still the same! Simply click the purple "online banking >" button at the top of your desktop, or within the three-lined "hamburger" menu on your phone. Use your same username and password as before.
Other STCU services, such as checking accounts, auto loans, and credit cards are available to you, with multiple ways to contact your credit union for assistance during regular business hours.
Where are the blogs?
Popular consumer finance articles from the STCU money blog have been folded into the new website. Look for an index of blog articles under the "Learn" tab.
Meanwhile, we've consolidated Kids Club, Money Camp, educator grants, community events, deals, and other information about members, the credit union, and our community under a new "Here for good" section. You might be surprised what you've been missing!
Business accounts.
Business owners, managers, and entrepreneurs will want to use the new "Business" tab to learn more about STCU business accounts, loans, commercial real estate, credit cards, treasury management services, and other perks.
Take time to meet the STCU Commercial and Business Services team, who have the skills and experience to help your business grow.
Security, search, and access.
STCU's new website is cloud-based and fully supported, which means the site will continue to function if the credit union power grid goes dark or any buildings suffer damage.
We've also updated the website search engine and our ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) accessibility to make it easier to search for what you need and to navigate to what you want. Click the magnifying glass icon at the top of the page to begin your search, or click on "Support" for a list of common support topics and questions.
What do you think?
The STCU website has changed dramatically, but there is still room for improvement. On every web page, you'll see a "FEEDBACK" link for sending us your thoughts, ideas, or questions. Comments go to STCU staff only, but we will contact you if you indicate a desire to hear back.
In the future, we'll continue to update features and tools to make your stcu.org experience better. Thanks for visiting the new mobile-friendly website. We hope it's been a happy one!
