How can I pay my loan?

To set up or update an automatic payment or billpay through another financial institution, please provide them with your new, 10-digit loan account number and STCU’s routing number (325182700).

You can also make one-time or recurring ACH or debit card payments at pay.stcu.org. (There is a $10 fee when using a debit card.)

If paying by check, please write your new loan account number in the memo line, and mail to:
STCU

Spokane, WA 99210-1954

Any check, ACH, or billpay payments received by Umpqua Bank on or after March 1, 2021 will be forwarded to STCU until April 30, 2021. Following that, payments received by Umpqua will be returned and not processed.

About STCU.

Who owns STCU?

As a not-for-profit cooperative, we’re owned by our members. Our headquarters is located in Liberty Lake, Wash.

Who is eligible to be a member of STCU?

Good news: if you’re reading this, there’s a good chance you’re eligible. Your friends and family are eligible if they: (a) live, work, worship, or attend school in Washington or North Idaho; or (b) have relatives who qualify for STCU membership. If you have further questions about membership eligibility, call us at (800) 858-3750, or visit stcu.org/membership.

Is STCU here for good?

As a matter of fact, we are. STCU is increasing its commitment to the community, through both brick-and-mortar and digital expansion. Earlier this summer, we opened our 25th branch location, in Pasco.
