To the Tri-Cities.

STCU's first Tri-Cities locations have opened!

Queensgate location.

Queensgate is located at 2590 Queensgate Drive, Richland, with Branch Manager Andrea Whitlow.

Southridge location.

Southridge is located at 4704 W. Hildebrand Blvd., Kennewick, with Branch Manager Jaleh Flinders.

Membership at either branch is open to anyone in Washington. Both branch locations offer full financial services to credit union members.

A third Tri-Cities branch location in Pasco is planned for the future. STCU surcharge-free ATMS already are available at Richland and Kennewick Target stores.

Banking with STCU.

Can't get to an STCU branch location?  Here are some convenient alternatives to manage your STCU accounts or to get help from the credit union:

1. Chat with us.

Call our Contact Center at (509) 326-1954 or (800) 858-3750, or use instant messaging to chat with us during regular business hours.

2. Go online or use the mobile app.

Log into online banking, where you can check your accounts, transfer funds, pay bills, and even apply for a loan or credit card. 

Or download the free STCU mobile app to deposit checks, transfer money, pay bills, and check balances on your phone.

3. Use a surcharge-free ATM.

Withdraw cash at STCU ATMs at Kennewick or Richland Target Stores. STCU members can use any CO-OP Network ATM without paying a surcharge. Find one near you, including machines that accept cash and check deposits:

4. Call our automated telephone banking system.

Call our 24-hour phone banking system at (509) 326-3971 or (800) 634-0311 to transfer funds or access information about your accounts.
