With nearly two decades of banking and agricultural experience, Shane is a trusted resource for business members at STCU Business. As proud Palouse native, Shane’s deep understanding of the region’s industries, combined with his background in ag systems, business, and economics, makes him a valuable partner for business members.
He began his career in 2007 after earning a degree in agricultural systems management from the University of Idaho. Since then, he’s supported business owners through everything from expansion to succession planning, always focused on guiding members toward smart, sustainable decisions. He also serves on the Northwest Business Development Association’s Idaho Loan Committee.
When he’s not working with business members, he can be found welding in his shop, helping friends with their farm operations, or designing tools and products for ag and commercial industries. He’s always ready to lend a hand at local fundraisers and community events. He also holds a CDL, a commercial pesticide applicator’s license, and is working toward his private pilot’s license.
Above all, Shane loves spending time with his wife and three kids who keep life full of fun, projects, and purpose.
